Super pissed off la.. Having headache and don't seem to be able to concentrate. Then my eyes give me weird vision so i ended up rubbing my eyes and it's so bloody red now. @#$@#@#$

Bah~~ Boon keong told me about what he learn from adam khoo the other day. Well.. Sounds cool la. Well, shall talk about it abit. We will be take in information most efficiently when we are in the mood of relax state. When we try to get ourselves concentrate, it will not be effective.
